How we handle your information.

What we collect.

AREAA EDGE collects personal information only when you voluntarily submit it through one of the forms on this site. Specifically:

• Notify-me form (homepage) — your email address, so we can send one message when 2027 applications open.
• Alumni access form (alumni.html) — your name, email, cohort year, role, and chapter, so we can verify you against the cohort ledger and grant access to alumni-gated hub pages.
• Sponsor inquiry (sponsor.html) — your name, organization, and message, so we can reply about sponsorship.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party cookies, or data brokers. (See "Analytics" below for the one cookieless analytics tool we do use.)

What we do with it.

Information submitted through these forms is used only for the purpose you submitted it for — notifying you about applications, verifying alumni access, or replying to sponsor inquiries. Across all three, we will not:

• Add you to a newsletter or marketing list
• Share your information with AREAA national, other AREAA chapters, sponsors, mentors, or any third party
• Sell your data
• Re-contact you outside the purpose you submitted for, unless you reply to us first

Removing your information.

Email areaatheedge@gmail.com with "Remove me" in the subject line and we'll remove you from the notification list and any other records we have on you. No questions asked.

Analytics.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is designed to be privacy-friendly (no cookies by default, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting). We see aggregate visit counts and page views — never individual identities.
